Design Associates of Lincoln, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Nebraska in 1978. Both principals are involved in the day-to-day operation of Design Associates.

Our team has provided professional services in 26 states and 7 countries. Our Architectural, Engineering, Land Planning, Graphic Illustration and Interior Design staff offer our clients the opportunity to meet their project’s requirements from inception to completion.

Our staff consists of licensed Architects and Engineers that provide our clients with professional expertise in architecture and other disciplines of electrical, mechanical, structural and civil engineering that are necessary for the successful completion of each project. These in-house professionals allow Design Associates projects to progress without the need to ‘out-source’ portions of our projects thus reducing overall project delay.

Our knowledge and experience working together have resulted in the successful completion of projects including corporate offices, shopping centers, schools, medical facilities, refuse derived fuel plants, multi-purpose arenas/recreational facilities, retail/wholesale distribution centers and apartment complexes.

In addition, our engineering staff has completed projects that include zoning applications; annexations; land subdivision; street and utility design; water distribution; storm water detention; wastewater treatment; street light design; flood plain and wetland mitigation; Federal Emergency Management Agency flood plain map revisions; and design and implementation of erosion control.
